PKC´s long experience in product testing is the basis for our complete test systems service package. Know-how gathered from thousands of tested in-house designed and built test fixtures and adapters has grown into an established test service concept.

Our test systems services include a complete package including test fixtures, tools, test stations, software and maintenance. Thanks to constant test quality monitoring, we are also able to provide precise analysis data to support product development.

PKC offers products for the various phases of testing process starting from PCBA testing to the final testing of the end-product.  We provide design and manufacturing of test tools and fixtures for testing of mobile phones and other electronic devices.

Test fixtures are meeting different needs; one-product fixtures offer flexibility, whereas product-family fixtures improve cost effectiveness. We are also developing parallel testing which reduces testing time and therefore offers cost-efficient solutions.

Chameleon™ product family

PKC Test Solutions´ new Chameleon™ tester family (video 74.5 MB) provides a unique and flexible platform for different testing needs in electronics production.

Chameleon 111™ (video 63.3 MB) is the RF-shielded tester which is cost efficient and compact solution for PWB-level testing or final product testing.

Chameleon 64™ ( video 90.0 MB) is the optimal solution for example touch screen panel testing or for such kind of devices which are not requiring RF-shielding.
